Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

After your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed and the standard return policy will apply.

Exchange Policy
